The Embassy of India will observe the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi (Gandhi Jayanti) on Wednesday, the 2nd October, 2019 at 10:00 hrs, at Gandhi Plaene / Parken at the junction of Borups Alle and Hvidkildevej in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. The day is also observed as International Day of Non-Violence. Since the programme starts at 10:00 sharp, you are requested to be present latest by 09:45 hrs.

• 1010 Hrs Singing/playing of Gandhiji’s Bhajans, Cultural programme.
• 1030 Hrs Address by Ambassador on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
• 1045 Hrs : Refreshments

Invite for the LED show on Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd October, 2018

To mark the beginning of the year-long celebration to commemorate the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, commencing from 2nd October, 2018, the Embassy of India has organised an LED show on Gandhiji's principles and life from 7.30 pm to 11 pm on 2nd October, 2018 at Lindencrones Palæ, Bredgade 26, 1260 Copenhagen K.
